Dropbear Consulting can provide implementation and customisation services for various software packages.

In any implemenation the initial planning exercise is critially important.

Moodle	Moodle is a course management system or on-line learning environment that enables the delivery of structured, interactive electronic training courses. Moodle supports different content formats such as html, flash and SCORM and also provides automated test and feedback tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Asterisk	Asterisk is an open source software PABX which provides many of the features usually found only in expensive traditional PABXs.
Anti-Spam software	Email gateways as a single point of spam filtering and virus checking (in addition to client virus scanning).

This is an imcomplete list and has only the most interesting packages (and only those for which I've gotten around to writing a page about).
